Sofilla’s is our pop-up restaurant that we will be showcasing all over London. We like to think of it as a modern British mangal, British produce and dishes with a Turkish Cypriot influence thanks to Reiss’ heritage.

We use the best produce from around the British Isles and focus on using every part of the animal in our open fire-based menus. Every dish is cooked on either our robata or smoker.

We also have an exciting drinks menu featuring both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, crafted with homemade ingredients.
